David Page is a two-time Emmy award winning Executive Producer with a special expertise in creating entertaining and engaging programming that combines the most rigorous journalism with the highest production values and the richest storytelling.

Page is best known for creating the Food Network hit Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and executive producing the program for eleven seasons.


His extensive journalistic experience is wide-ranging:

• Senior Produced Good Morning America.
• Developed and Co-Produced the Weekend Today Show.
• Served as Senior Investigative Producer of ABC News 20/20 (Emmy award for best investigative segment).
• Held various positions as an investigative reporter and producer at both the local and network level.
• Spent many years as a foreign producer for NBC News in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, including on-the-ground supervision of the fall of communism (Emmy award for the Romanian revolution).

In addition to Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, his entertainment/reality projects include:

• Syndicated and streaming series Beer Geeks, nominated for an Emmy as Outstanding Culinary Program.
• Multiple Food Network series including Outrageous Food, Tailgate Warriors, Al Roker’s Diner Destinations, and Al Roker’s Country Fest.
• Diving/aquatic adventure show Harbor House Life.

Page is also an author, writing the award-winning book Food Americana about the roots of American cuisine.
